Each of our items has a note on whether or not it can be returned. Due to stringent guidelines on products for babies, we are unable to offer returns on most things if they have been opened, so that we can ensure only the safest products for any child receiving our products.

Estimated ship dates are provided on every product page, so that you can manage expectations for your delivery! Many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. The dates provided are our best estimate as to when your order will be dispatched, and are not guaranteed.

Most of our customer base is in the continental US. Please contact us for international shipping requests. Some brands are excluded from shipping outside the U.S. To verify eligibility for shipping abroad, please drop us a line at [email protected] with your full address, and let us know what products you are shopping for.
